Position Overview

Our research group specializes in advanced energy storage systems, including:

  • Zinc Batteries
  • Lithium-Sulfur Batteries
  • Lithium-Metal Batteries
  • All-Solid-State Batteries
  • Sodium-Ion Batteries

The focus spans from materials synthesis and characterization to device fabrication and diagnostic techniques.

Start Date: Spring 2025 or Fall 2025

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct innovative research in advanced energy storage technologies.
  • Synthesize and characterize novel materials for energy storage systems.
  • Design, fabricate, and test electrochemical devices.

Eligibility Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate or Master’s degree in a related field, such as electrochemical energy storage, materials science, chemical engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • Strong enthusiasm for research and innovation in energy storage.
  • Prior research experience in any of the following areas is highly desirable:
    • Electrochemical energy systems
    • Materials synthesis
    • Advanced characterization techniques
    • Device fabrication
