This project focuses on understanding the effects of mandatory sustainability legislation in tropical agri-food commodity chains, specifically targeting coffee, cocoa, and palm oil sectors. The project investigates how mandatory supply chain laws influence sustainability by examining the expectations these laws create among regulatory authorities, companies, and other stakeholders.
